1.21 carat amazingly shaped raw diamond octahedron or dodecahedron
- Unit Price
Type of Stone: Diamond
Color: F-G with slight yellow undertone
Description: This amazing raw diamond could be an octahedron if viewed from some angles, or a dodecahedron if viewed at other angles. So, we've categorized it as both! It's bright and fancy and happy with a very clear interior and ability to refract light. There are some very tiny wisps in this stone from trapped formation matter from millions of years ago beneath the earth's surface, from different angles, you can view them differently. It's a bit oblong and holds a larger size than its actual carat weight. It'll set very fancy in any raw diamond engagement ring
Source: DTC (the Diamond Trading Company), we are quite certain it is from South Africa but new provenance claim rules from the DTC require that we state it is from Namibia, South Africa, Botswana or Canada.
Certifications: This stone was traded between borders completely in keeping with the Kimberley Process and is therefore conflict-free and does not finance violence by rebel groups seeking to undermine legitimate governments anywhere on earth.
