1.16 carat light and waterlike rough diamond dodecahedron
Type of Stone : Diamond
Shape : Dodecahedron
Carats : 1.16
Measurements : 6.17 x 6.12 x 4.21mm
Color : Very slight natural tinting
Description : A rough diamond that is full of light, gemmy and unique. It has a slightly oblong nature to it, and the back is flat (something that is awesome for setting rough diamonds and making them more flush to the finger). The surface is smooth and shiny, and the interior of the stone has a glow that is celestial. There are some webs of inclusions on one half of the stone internally, while the other half is clean and clear and full of light, the contrast provides multidimensionality to the stone.
Source : DTC (the Diamond Trading Company), we are quite certain it is from South Africa but new provenance claim rules from the DTC require that we state it is from Namibia, South Africa, Botswana or Canada
Certifications : This stone was traded between borders completely in keeping with the Kimberley Process and is therefore conflict-free and does not finance violence by rebel groups seeking to undermine legitimate governments anywhere on earth.
