1.75 carat flat-backed and bright raw diamond octahedron

Description : This near-perfect octahedron has a flat back which does an amazing thing for this rough diamond - it makes it sit very securely and a little lower than typical for a raw diamond octahedron in a setting while still looking just like an octahedron. The center of the stone is glowing with light, the edges are very shiny, and there are geometric surface designs that retract the light interestingly, the lines tracing parallel to the shape of the stone. It appears very gemmy and large and white ont he hand and would make a masterpiece of a ring for any style.
