Description : A magical rough diamond with so many interesting facets. First, it is waterlike and shiny on the surface, we imagine it was alluvial (meaning mined from a water source which made it this smooth and shiny). The surface of the stone has tiny trigons hidden inside of it (perfect triangles etched naturally into the stone). Internally, the patterning provides intrigue and multimensionality to the stone - the patterns are wisps of orange, grey and a a couple tiny dots of black. These colors are made from various chemicals and substances being trapped within the diamond during tis formation for millions of years. A beautiful piece.
Source : DTC (the Diamond Trading Company), we are quite certain it is from South Africa but new provenance claim rules from the DTC require that we state it is from Namibia, South Africa, Botswana or Canada
Certifications : This stone was traded between borders completely in keeping with the Kimberley Process and is therefore conflict-free and does not finance violence by rebel groups seeking to undermine legitimate governments anywhere on earth.
