The ring creation process will take 6-7 weeks from the date of purchase to receipt of the completed ring.
Rings are each custom made from the ground up to fit their specific stone, and are non-refundable. Please double check our returns and repairs page for more information.
If the size provided is incorrect or unavailable at the time of purchase, then you have up to 2 weeks from the order date to notify us of a size change.
Rings are shipped with beautiful informational cards about the center stones, providing details of their journey from ethical mine to your hand. All of our lab created cut diamonds come with a grading certificate. We also can provide a certificate of authenticity upon request for any of our stones.
Shipping is done with tracking information that will be sent to you via email. The package will be delivered to the location specified in your address by a courier who may or may not call before dropoff, so it's important that you keep an eye on the tracking to be aware of specific time of delivery.
